The combination of corned beef and the quintessential pandesal is a marvelous Filipino food showcasing two periods of influences that come together as one. Pandesal is the king of bread developed during the colonial era of Spain. Corned beef is later introduced during the occupation of the US in the Philippines and canned goods were heavily brought into the country which has become a staple food.

 

Each unit comes with six pieces. When ordering, choose a specific date for your pickup. The window for picking up is from 10 am to 1 pm, at Oasis Community Kitchen located in Lower level, 717 N Homewood Ave. Pittsburgh PA 15208.
