Ensaymada is a sweet bread similar to brioche with Buttercream and Mimolette cheese (French Edam style hard cheese). The flavors are nutty, sweet, creamy with a hint of savoriness and slight tanginess from the dough fermenting overnight. 
 
Each unit comes with six pieces. When ordering, choose a specific date for your pickup. The window for picking up is from 10 am to 1 pm, at Oasis Community Kitchen located in Lower level, 717 N Homewood Ave. Pittsburgh PA 15208.
