Filipino eating culture typically has a main dish accompanied by some small plates or sides with condiments; sometimes, side dishes or appetizers are paired with rice instead of having a main dish. Filipino food has a long history of influences from Spanish and Mexican cuisine. The Philippines is also central to all Asian countries and have many influences from different backgrounds. Borrowing from Fine-dining techniques and a modern approach, savor a unique dining experience unlike anything in Pittsburgh.
