
HIRING ALL POSITIONS FOR BACK AND FRONT OF HOUESES
Welcoming applications for all positions! Amboy is slated to open in Spring 2026 and we are looking for candidates who are able to accommodate a delayed start date in anticipation of Grand Opening. Amboy is currently operating as a popup and will be at different locations, paid working interviews will be carried out at any of these events and applicant must be available when applicable.
Applicants can vary with experience and training in Filipino cuisine will be provided. You must be able to work in a fast paced environment and must be physically able to accustom to basement operations requiring stairs for running service. Pay grade/salary will be determined by experience and concluded after the interview process. Health insurance benefits will be provided after probationary period. Hybrid benefits (i.e. profit sharing) will be available when applicable.

Available Positions:
Back Of House:
Kitchen Manager and Sous Chef - primary management positions will be based on experience and interview; paid working interview may be required when applicable; qualifications and pay grade to be discussed upon interview.
Roundsman and Mercenary - candidate must have extensive and adequate experience in different requirements and kitchen setup that can constantly change based on operational goals; this position will also encompass base operations like prepping, line work, execution, and menu development; this position is second in management.
Line Cook - candidate must have experience and/or demonstrate a strong ability to attune to line work; cross training at various stations can be expected; starting positions are: Saute, Garde Manger, Grill/Fry.
Prep - candidate must have adequate kitchen experience and a strong background in intricate prep work; knowledge in fine-dining techniques and practices are prerequisite to qualification and pay grade offer.
Dish and Porter - hybrid position as dish person, custodian, porter, and basic prep; position will have some responsibilities for deliveries and inventory management; daily operation requirements for dish washing, prepping, maintenance and upkeep; pay grade will be determined upon professional background and references.
Front Of House:
General and Assistant Managers / Beverage Director - primary management positions will be based on experience and interview; paid working interview may be required when applicable; qualifications and pay grade to be discussed upon interview.
Bartender and Barback - candidate must have adequate experience; interviews will be conducted/scheduled closer to anticipated grand opening.
Servers - candidate must have adequate experience in fine dining service and operations; interviews will be conducted/scheduled closer to anticipated grand opening.
Dining Room Assistant (DRA) - predominantly a food runner position; broad requirements in assisting to daily service and operations; interviews will be conducted/scheduled closer to anticipated grand opening.
